 呵呵我比较喜欢中间那一层水果加奶油，因为自己做的适合不会加很多糖，所以有一点酸酸的呵呵，反而不是很腻

Here is recipe:
"Fudgey Pan Brownies"
1 cup butter 3 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/4 cup flour
2 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chocolate chips (chopped up dark chocolate)
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 175C. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Melt butter. Stir in cocoa until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in chocolate (and nuts). Spread into pan and bake 30 min or until top is dry n shiny and brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
